KATIE BOUCHER
Clerk - Spring 2025
BIOGRAPHY
Before attending law school, Katie worked as an elementary special education teacher for nearly five years.
While earning her Master’s degree in Education at Humphrey’s University, Katie took an introductory course on Education Law. Through this, she developed a passion for learning more about the rights of students and advocating for a more “student-focused” education system.
Katie graduated from the University of the Pacific’s Benerd School of Education with her B.A. and teaching credentials in mild/moderate special education and moderate/severe special education.
She is currently a student at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she is a member of the Negotiations Team, and Vice President of two student organizations. She is on track to complete both the Public Policy concentration and the International Law concentration.
She will earn her Juris Doctor degree in May of 2026.
In her free time, Katie enjoys hiking with her dog Buster, sewing her own clothes, and testing new recipes.
