Francia is a law clerk at Perry & Villarreal, LLP.

Before pursuing a legal career, Francia wanted to become a History teacher.  She still has a passion for history and hopes to one day obtain her teaching credential to fulfill this dream.

Francia graduated from University of California, Davis with a degree in Sociology and U.S. History.   She is a student at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. During her time at McGeorge, Francia has been a Teaching Assistant for McGeorge’s legal writing and oral advocacy course, and competed on the school’s Moot Court Honors Board.  Francia was also named one of McGeorge’s top oral advocates at the 49th Annual Top Oral Advocate Competition.  She will earn her Juris Doctor degree in May of 2024, and will sit for the July Bar Examination.   

In her free time, you can find Francia out on a run, thrift shopping, or checking out new restaurants in the Midtown and Downtown Sacramento area.
