Dear Valued Clients, Family, and Friends,
As most of you are now aware, we are bidding farewell to one of GPV’s founding partners, Marcy Gutierrez. With Marcy’s departure, we will be renaming GPV to Perry & Villarreal, LLP (“P&V”). While Marcy's departure is bittersweet, we wish her well in her continued legal practice. With this change, P&V remains dedicated to providing school districts, county offices of education, special education local plan areas, charter schools, and other local educational agencies (“LEAs”), with legal services on a personal and professional level, with a focus on the individual needs and goals of each LEA.
Speaking of changes, we are excited to announce our intention to expand into full-service legal offerings. P&V will be broadening our practice areas to include general counsel and labor and employment. This expansion allows us to offer a more extensive range of legal expertise to meet the diverse needs and desires of our clients. Stay tuned for our official announcement as we develop these new practice areas!
